I was keen to get back to exercise after having my baby and so joined Fit Mums 5 weeks after his birth. I was surprised how tough I found things that before being pregnant I found easy, but in just six weeks of the classes I’d noticed a huge difference. Jo creates a fun, non-judgemental, friendly and supportive environment as well as providing tasty meal ideas and nutritional info each week. All of this while being mindful of the challenges that come with being a new mum - e.g. sleepless nights! I’ve attended throughout my maternity leave, have lost over a stone in weight and its been a high point in my week - meeting other mums, getting outside (even in the winter!), and getting fit.

Can’t recommend this lady enough! Started my first Fit Mums session 13 weeks after the birth of my daughter, I was nervous to get back to exercise after a physically traumatic birth. But I shouldn’t have worried, Jo was friendly, professional and supportive, and I felt at ease within minutes of arriving. My little girl used to really enjoy the session during the stretches as well! I now attend Jo’s Legs, Bums & Tums class on a Monday evening and Fit Ball training sessions, the physical change in my body has been great but more importantly I feel stronger, fitter and have learnt lifelong changes in my exercising and eating habits. Jo is so knowledgeable within her profession, always happy to answer questions, offer her guidance and takes time to understand what her clients want and need. Thank you Jo!
